How You Can Help

A practical guide for parents, grandparents, and citizens to push back against woke indoctrination in public schools through PTAs, school boards, and legislative action.

General Action Guide (Any School District)

No matter where your children attend school, you can use these core steps to challenge activist curriculum and advocate for academic neutrality.

1. Join Your Local PTA — Get Inside the Room

PTA boards often dictate local school priorities, budgets, and school events. Attend meetings, join committees, run for leadership, and voice your views. Find your local school's branch or check your state PTA website (such as the Oregon PTA) to get registered.

2. Attend and Speak at School Board Meetings

Public boards are legally required to provide public comment opportunities. Speak up (typically 2-3 minutes) regarding controversial flag policies, sex-education curriculums, or gender policy issues.

How to prepare: Keep your remarks focused on policy, cite specific examples (curriculum quotes, photos), and print out copies of your remarks for board members.

3. File Official Complaints

Every district is required to maintain a formal complaint procedure (often called the "Uniform Complaint Policy"). Request a copy from your principal or superintendent. Document dates, classes, worksheets, and photos, and submit a formal written complaint to the district's coordinator.

4. Lobby State Legislators for Neutrality Laws

Contact your state senators and representatives. Push for laws enforcing viewpoint neutrality, restricting political flags in classrooms, and ensuring transparent parent opt-outs.

"As a constituent in [Your District], I urge you to introduce legislation that keeps public school classrooms free from political activism, focusing resources exclusively on academic core subjects."

5. Partner with National Parent Networks

You don't have to fight this alone. Connect with established organizations for templates, legal guidance, and community networks:
